Return Policy

 

After June 24 we will be unable to accept returns and all packages sent to us will be returned to sender by the shipper. 

We are not getting many returns at all- in fact we want to tell you that if you see something you love, please buy it online asap... do not wait to hear from us via email as we just cannot keep up right now-

'IF YOU LOVE IT, PLEASE DO NOT DALLY!'

We hope that you are happy with your unique selection from Blue Fish Clothing.

Full-price items will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please include your original packing slip with your return.

All garments must have price tags attached and be in salable condition. We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange.

Custom prints and FINAL SALE items are non-returnable.

Returning an Item

Email us at service@bluefishclothing.com within 7 days of shipment of merchandise.

Returns must be shipped within:
  • 7 days for full refund (full-price items only)
  • After 21 days, no returns will be allowed
If your Purchase Goes on Sale

Special promotions cannot be honored retroactively.

Shipping Your Return:

Shipping charges on an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.
When you ship a product to us for return, make sure that you insure it and have the ability to track your item. If your item is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible.

Exchanges can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive back.

Credit will be issued on the credit card used for original purchase; credit will only be issued once merchandise is received by Blue Fish Clothing. Exchanges will be mailed only after receipt of exchanged merchandise by Blue Fish Clothing.
